OUTSTANDING SHOW AT CBSE ZONAL SWIMMING MEET: STUDY HALL SCHOOL SWIMMERS BAG 13 MEDALS
Lucknow: In a spectacular display of athletic excellence, school swimmers brought home a rich haul of 13 medals—including 4 Gold, 5 Silver, and 4 Bronze—at the recently concluded CBSE Cluster Swimming Zonal Competition (2026–27).
The highlight of the meet was the dominant performance of the girls’ relay team, which swept top honours in the team events before making mark in individual races.
Key Highlights & Results
Gayatri Y. Shetty (Class 11A) spearheaded the contingent’s campaign with an impressive tally of 4 medals. Gayatri anchored the gold medal-winning 4x100m Freestyle Relay team, earned Silver in the 4x100m Individual Medley Relay, and claimed Bronze medals in both the 100m and 200m Butterfly stroke events.
Ishanvi Saxena delivered a strong performance, securing 3 medals—Gold in the 4x100m Freestyle Relay, Silver in the 4x100m Individual Medley Relay, and a Bronze in the 200m Backstroke.
Aradhaya Singh and Anannya Singh played crucial roles in the relay victories, each winning 2 medals—Gold in the 4x100m Freestyle Relay and Silver in the 4x100m Individual Medley Relay.
Akshita Singh shone in the individual backstroke events, bagging 2 medals—Silver in the 50m Backstroke and Bronze in the 100m Backstroke. The school management, principal, and sports department congratulated the young athletes and their coaches for their dedication, hard work, and remarkable achievements at the zonal level
