Co-Curricular Activities

At Study Hall, activities are truly co-curricular in nature. All activities are deeply knitted into the fabric of the curriculum in each grade. Various concepts in all subjects are largely taught through various activities. Concerts, our biennial school functions, are always organized with a social theme in mind.

Study Hall strives to nurture soft skills in children and enable them to pursue their dreams. It also provides a suitable platform to students to showcase their talent in limitless fields.

  • The school strongly supports the use of Drama as a teaching tool. Art and Craft, too, form a part of the curriculum.
  • Photography and film-making on socially relevant issues sees many students participate in various competitions at both intra- as well as inter-school level.
  • Students are familiarized with both Western and Indian music. Children learn to play instruments like the tabla, congo, violin, guitar, drums and the synthesizer. We also have an orchestra.
  • Apart from music, Kathak and Bharatnatyam dance forms, along with Contemporary Dance, are taught to the students from Grade 1 to 8 on a regular basis.
  • The school boasts of a very strong swimming team. Basketball and Volleyball courts are well-utilized by the students. Sports Days are held every alternate year.
